Why do home Buyers need a Home Inspection?
There is virtually no cunsumer protection for a homebuyer. An inspection by an unbiased inspector who has no financial interest in the transaction can save a homebuyer many times the small inspection fee.
Know the Whole Story...
Smart homebuyers make sure they protect their biggest investment with an objective, unbiased home inspection by a member in good standing of the American Inspectors Society (AIS), Better Business Bureau (BBB), and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
What will an Inspection tell me as a Home Buyer?
A Certified Inspector will visually inspect the home using state-of-the-art testing equipment. He/she will go over the findings with you. You will receive a report on all the home's systems including appliances, heating, cooling, foundation, electrical, plumbing, roof, attic, interior and exterior walls, and garages with an overall emphasis on function and safety. The inspector will also give you valuable information on life cycles of various components of your new home so you can budget for replacements, if necessary.

Jeff M. in Winter Garden, FL
“After having a bad experience with a previous inspector, I was skeptical to say the least, but Mike put those concerns to rest! This guy was unbelievable! He got there early, paid attention to every little detail, answered every question with complete confidence, and explained the entire process to us step by step. Then, he had a detailed and thorough report prepared and posted online the same day... I can't imagine getting a better service at any price!.”
Clinton P. in Davenport, FL
“The inspector was professional and knowlegable in communicating the various aspects of the inspection. He answered all my questions completely making sure I understood any issues. I am very glad I chose to spend the money to have this home looked over by Mr. Cox. Money well spent! I would recommend him to anyone thinking about purchasing a home.”
